1. Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and the digital files have been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.

By purchasing from Strivon Digital, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional situations may occur. Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

✅ Product Not Received

If you do not receive access to your purchased product within 14 days of your purchase, please contact us. After verification, we will either:

  • Provide access to the product, or

  • Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

✅ Download or File Issues

If you experience technical issues such as:

  • Inability to download the file

  • Corrupted or damaged files

  • Problems unzipping the files

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will assist you promptly and may provide:

  • A replacement file

  • Alternative download access

  • Technical support to resolve the issue

Refunds in such cases will be evaluated after support is provided.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as digital delivery is processed automatically.

However, if you have not received your product within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
